Summary: NARHAMS is National Association of Rocketry (NAR) Section #139, serving Maryland and the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. The club was first established in 1965, and is the oldest continuously operating model rocket club in the United States. It was named NAR Section of the Year for 1997, 1998, 1999, 2001 and 2004. They were also the NAR National Championship section for 2001 and 2004.

Michigan — Huron Valley Rocket Society (HUVARS)

Summary: HUVARS is National Association of Rocketry (NAR) Section #463, located in the Huron River Valley of Southeastern Michigan near Ann Arbor, Michigan. HUVARS conducts launches and meetings on a regular schedule and is open to anyone age 10 or older. HUVARS is dedicated to learning, building, and flying rockets while having fun!

Michigan — Jackson Model Rocketry Club

Summary: The Jackson Model Rocketry Club is affilated with both the National Association of Rocketry (NAR) and Tripoli Rocketry Association (TRA). Located in Jackson, Michigan, they provide launching services for the Michigan Space & Science Center over-night space camps.

Summary: The Michigan Aeronautical Science Association is a club created specifically to design and fabricate rockets. So far it has successfully launched many rockets, and is constantly in stages of testing new components and technologies. The club currently has over ten regular members in its roll, made up almost entirely of Aerospace Engineers. MASA is supported by the University of Michigan College of Engineering, as well as several professional corporations.

Summary: Team-1 is Tripoli Rocketry Association (TRA) Prefecture #9, Michigan's largest and most experienced high power rocketry group. Team-1 was the first high power rocket group in Michigan. Although their members are primarily from Michigan they have many out-of-state members from locations such as Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and even Canada.

Michigan — Tripoli Michiana

Summary: Tripoli Michiana is Tripoli Rocketry Association (TRA) Prefecture #78, serving Three Oaks, Michigan and surrounding area. Tripoli Michiana is a group of people dedicated to education and exploration of model and high power rocketry. They have sponsored various scouting groups to come out and launch model rockets with them, earn their badges, and discover what rocketry science is all about.
