New York — Buffalo Rocket Society (BRS)

Summary: The Buffalo Rocket Society is National Association of Rocketry (NAR) Section #590 and Tripoli Rocketry Association (TRA) #85. BRS was founded in January of 1996 as Tripoli Western New York. BRS supports and encourages all forms of rocketry that are conducted in a safe, professional, well organized manner, following all applicable local, state and federal regulations.

New York — Long Island Advanced Rocketry Society (LIARS)

New York — Potter Youth Rocketry Organization (PYRO)

Summary: PYRO is National Association of Rocketry (NAR) Section #667, based in Potter, New York (About 16 miles south of Canadaigua, New York and half way between Canadaigua and Kauka lakes in the finger lakes region) Established in 2004, PYRO has a 15K AGL waiver with 10K+ acres of recovery. They support all youth organizations wishing to learn about hobby of rocketry. Fly on one of the best launch fields in the Northeast.

North Dakota — North Dakota Rocketry Association (NDRA)

For those who desire flying rockets which have a little more power the NDRA supports and maintains the North Dakota High Power Rocket Group (NDHPRG). NDHPRG is most interested in launching high power rockets and experimental modes of rocketry.

Ohio — Mantua Township Missile Agency

Summary: Mantua Township Missile Agency is National Association of Rocketry Section #606, serving Kent, Ohio and surrounding areas. They usually hold launches on the second weekend of each month. In months with five Saturdays, they may launch on the fifth weekend as well.
