IT'S BEEN ALMOST A YEAR since TRA president Ken Good found himself at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport in Charlotte, North Carolina, awaiting a plane, when his cell phone rang. Good was en route to Washington, D.C. to meet up with NAR president Mark Bundick.
