LAS VAGAS, Nevada USA — In response to a request made earlier this year by AeroTech, the California State Fire Marshal (CFSM) announced on November 13, 1996, that AeroTech's Restricted AccessTM 29mm H124FJ (6, 10, 14 second delays) and 38mm H45W (5, 10, 15 second delays) single-use motors have been approved for immediate sale in California to individuals in possesion of a State Fire Marshal's Rocket 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Class License.  the appropriate age.
