Estes Industries is proud to announce a new line of flying model rockets and a new engine at the 1998 National Model & Hobby Show.

The Mighty Mites™ line consists of the new Outlaw™ Starter Set, two twin packs of ready to fly rockets, and the new 1/4A3-3T engine. With these exciting new products, low power, high performance flying was never more fun!

The Outlaw™ Starter set features the Outlaw RTF rocket designed for Estes mini engines 1/4A through A power. It can rip to 600 feet under A power! Recovered by a high visibility streamer, the Outlaw can fly over and over.

A new "rail style" launch pad and controller, two engines, and recovery wadding are included in the set, which is packaged in an attractive blister. Just add 4 AA batteries and you're ready to go flying! Suggested retail price on the Outlaw is $16.99, and it will be available in January 1999.

Mighty Mites™ rockets come in two packs; one pack contains the Blitz™ and Sizzler®; the second set contains the Torque™ and Fury™. Each set is packaged in an attractive blister for just $8.99!

These high performance rockets are designed to fly on Estes mini engines from 1/4A through A10! The rockets also feature special launch lugs that allow the rocketeer to fly from either the special rail launcher found in the Outlaw™ Starter Set or a standard Estes Porta-Pad® II.

A new mini engine, the 1/4A3-3T, was designed with the Mighty Mites™ in mind. This little gem has half the power of the Estes 1/2A3 mini, making it perfect for small fields and backyards.

The engine will also work well with existing Estes kits like the Mosquito™, Quark™, and Gnome™. The 1/4A is NAR certified.

The engines are shipped in a four pack, complete with igniters and igniter plugs. Suggested retail price for the 1/4A3-3T engine pack is $4.79.
