WORLD WIDE WEB -- Ray Dunakin's announces the HAKO Ballistics line of mounting hardware for strap on boosters. These unique components are made from sturdy, cast plastic. Critical areas are reinforced with fiberglass. The pivot bar and thrust transfer bar are stainless steel, resistant to rust and corrosion. The hardware is paintable and can be attached with epoxy or thick CA adhesive.

The hardware is designed to allow the boosters to drop off in flight. The motor's ejection charge releases the booster as it ejects the parachute. Alternatively, the hardware can be modified for use with a pyro release mechanism.

The brackets that attach to the rocket come in two sizes, to fit either 2.6"-3" rockets; or rockets that are 4" or larger. The booster brackets also come in two sizes, allowing the use of 38mm diameter boosters; or 2.6" to 3" boosters.

For each booster you'll need four components: an Aft Support, a Forward Hook, an Aft Bracket, and a Forward Bracket. Each component costs $2.25. Shipping in the U.S. is $3-$5 depending on quantity. International shipping is extra.
