Estes Industries is introducing a new flying model rocket, the AGM-57X Heatseeker™, in an Air Force version of a air-to-air combat missile. It is designed with detailed military styling and will be announced at the 1998 National Model & Hobby Show.
Rising out of the inferno, the AGM-57X Heatseeker™ model rocket resembles an advanced Air Force combat missile. Now you can build this warrior in under an hour with its colored body tubes & plastic parts and kiss-cut self-adhesive decals.
The AGM-57X Heatseeker™ uses Estes®' standard rocket engines and recovers safely with a fully assembled 12" (30 cm) parachute that is included in the package. It can reach altitudes of over 800 feet (244 m)! This E2X® model rocket is easy to assemble and is perfect as a beginner's high flying rocket kit.
