ImageWOODBRIDGE, Virginia USA — Vertical Force Rocketry of Woodbridge, Virginia announced today that they would be closing their doors after the end of the year.  Rich Aldridge started Vertical Force as a hobby business, keeping his full-time job and not depending on the business as a source of income.

As it worked out, his regular employment, along with other changes in his life have reduced the amount of time he has to devote to selling rocketry items. Aldridge stated, "I feel that I no longer have sufficient time to put a proper effort into continuing the site and store as it is now."

His current plans are to not renew his online store after the end of the year, although he may continue to sell select items for a period of time, either via the Web or eBay.  In the short term, he will be focusing on reducing inventory.  No new items will be ordered from suppliers, and items that run out of stock will not be replaced.  As the year runs out, some items may be reduced further.

Aldridge would like to thank everyone that has supported his operation in the past.
