SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, California USA — Shadow Composites will be shutting down for 3 months, from January 2003 to March 2003, in order to give the staff a long overdue vacation.

During that time, they will be reconfiguring their marine and aersopace business to better serve all of their clients. The aerospace business that has grown substantially will be getting a new name, as will their extremely successful marine design studio. Most current stock at http://www.shadowaero.com/ will be 'sold down' to prepare for the new direction.

Shadow Composites President Dave Triano wishes to reassure his loyal customers: "WE ARE NOT GOING OUT OF BUSINESS! To the contrary, we are reconfiguring and cleaning house to accomodate the recent growth that we have experienced. We also need a bit of R&R."
