LAS VEGAS, Nevada USA — AeroTech is pleased to announce that it has reached a satisfactory settlement with one of its insurance companies. As a result, AeroTech anticipates completion of its Cedar City, UT manufacturing facility to the extent necessary for a certificate of occupancy to be granted in two to three weeks. All construction including the enclosed test cell should be complete within four weeks. During the past two weeks AeroTech employees Joe Burger and Allen Paradis have been outfitting the mix room with equipment and fixtures necessary for propellant production. During the final phase of facility construction, AeroTech will requisition all remaining tooling and equipment, as well as materials and chemicals needed for the first production run.Initial production will target model rocket RMS reload kits and single use motors, Redline high power reloads and Black Jack and Black Max motors and reload kits. First deliveries of motors and reload kits manufactured in Utah are expected in late January or early February. Contract manufacturing at Ellis Mountain Rocket Works, especially White Lightning and Blue Thunder high power reload kit propellant grains, is planned to continue for the foreseeable future. |
