CEDAR CITY, Utah USA — AeroTech has recently added a new video to the AeroTech theater on their website. The video is of Senator Mike Enzi who made a speech on Senate Bill S724 which provides an exemption for rocketry from the Safe Explosives Act contained in the Homeland Security Act.

He made his speech during the afternoon session of the Senate and spoke for about 12 minutes.

Not only was the speech a historical moment for the hobby, but Senator Enzi brought on to the Senate floor an Ammonium Perchlorate composite propellant cartridge to show his fellow Senators. The propellant cartridge was about 62 grams in weight.

Senator Enzi announced in his speech that the bill has seven cosponsors. They are Senators Bennett, Inhofe, Coleman, Crapo, Burns, Allard and Santorum.

The video may be viewed from the AeroTech website in Quicktime format: http://www.aerotech-rocketry.com
