Bill Stine aquires Quest Aerospace Division from ToyBiz |

CAVE CREEK, Arizona USA — Bill Stine founder of Quest, announced today that he has acquired the assets of the Quest Aerospace Division from Marvel Enterprises, Inc. The new company will be operated as Quest Aerospace, Inc. Terms of the sale were not made available.
After a brief transition, Quest Aerospace, Inc. will begin operating from its new headquarters in Cave Creek, Arizona on July 10.
In response to his immediate plans for the company Stine said, ”I’d like my loyal Hobby Industry customers to know that the “ToyBiz” is gone from our name and our business philosophy. I am returning Quest to a hobby and educational products focused company.”
No new product plans have been announced yet, although Stine has indicated several major new products are in development. The initial focus will be to re-establish high levels of customer service and customer interaction. A website will be up and running soon.
