CEDAR CITY, Utah USA — The "Users" page on the RCS website has been updated with the first user's submission, the development and formulation of the "Everclear" propellant made famous by Black Rock Propulsion Systems at numerous experimental launches held at the Black Rock Desert and elsewhere.
