GORMLEY, Ontario, CAN -- We are pleased to announce the creation of the North American Propulsion and Aerospace Society (NAPAS), formally incorporated as a not-for-profit organization in January 1999.

NAPAS was formed by a group of rocketry enthusiasts to promote the development of model, high power and experimental rocketry. In doing so, we have secured and will be operating rocket ranges and testing facilities, and intend to provide for our members unparalleled access to rocketry activities.

This includes the hosting of frequent launches, as well as seminars featuring hands-on workshops in the areas of propulsion system design and testing, next-generation airframe materials, flight electronics programming, and others.
