CEDAR CITY, Utah USA — RCS has posted several files under a new "Misc. Tech Reports and Videos" heading on the "Resources" Page of the RCS website.

They currently include a report by the U.S. Air Force on Ammonium Perchlorate (AP) transportation hazards testing following the PEPCON fire and explosion on May 4, 1988, a QuickTime movie of five 250 lb. drums of AP being subjected to an "external heat test", a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) report on the PEPCON incident, and a report written for the NAR on the future of model rocket motor propellant performance.

More files will be posted in the future as time and hard drive space permits. All files may be downloaded free of charge.
