CASPER, Wyoming USA — Mixing and casting propellant, making nozzles, folding parachutes and assembling rocket motors and rockets can be easier to understand when you watch someone do it. The CP Technologies "How To Make Amateur Rockets" bookset video shows someone doing all of these things.

The VCD menu allows you to select which aspect of motor and rocket building you want to watch without having to view the whole video. You can watch the VCD on most DVD players or on your computer. A software VCD, SVCD and DVD player is included with the bookset.

By putting the video in VCD format, non-US amateurs can watch the video on their computers without getting caught between PAL and NTSC video formats.
