BATON ROUGE, Louisiana USA — Giant Leap Rocketry has released their new Titan Cord. It is a 1.125" wide KEVLAR® strap with 13,500 pound breaking strength. It is suitable for 6" diameter kits and beyond. It is very flexible and lightweight, and fits easily into medium and large airframes.

According to Ed Shihadeh of Giant Leap Rocketry, "Titan Cord is targeted toward those flyers who want superior breaking strengths, and who want to reduce the chances of zippering their airframes."

As the picture on the website shows, Titan Cord is more than twice as wide as 1/2" tubular KEVLAR and thus spreads the load of deployment. As with other KEVLAR products, TITAN CORD is heat resistant. Supplies are limited.

The price is $3.99 per yard.
