TORONTO, Ontario CAN — Sunward Model Aerospace Inc. announces the sale of assets and intellectual property to Sunward Aerospace Group Limited, effective immediately.

Sunward Model Aerospace started in 2000 and produces a line of jet fighter model rockets and accessories. Peter Vanderwal , Karen Vanderwal, and Elmer Grove of Sunward Model, having prior commitments, felt it was best to sell the company as an ongoing concern. Angelo Castellano of Sunward Aerospace Group Limited announced full production to commence shortly.
