BELLEVUE, Washington USA — GPSFlight is introducing a new product which eliminates the need for a PC in the field to track remote GPSFlight enabled rockets.

The MobileTrac900 is a hand-held device which displays realtime streaming data from the GPSFlight enabled rocket - speed, heading, altitude, position, etc. This can be recorded for playback on a PC later.

It also allows a second GPS - like a Garmin Etrex to be connected so the rocket shows up as a waypoint on the GPS screen, with constant distance and direction to the rocket, making recovery easier.

There is a $50 discount on this product through 5/15/05.
