BOLDER CITY, California USA — G-Wiz is pleased to announce their MC 2.0 Flight Computer is shipping.
According to G-Wiz, MC 2.0 is loaded with many new features: - 4 high current pyro channels,
- Programmable inertia-based staging supports numerous stages,
- Programmable low altitude event up to 2550 feet in 10 foot increments,
- Programmable 4th pyro channel,
- Sensors are sampled and recorded at 40 samples/second by a 12-bit ADC,
- Builtin NASA atmospheric tables for altitude measurement to 70K feet MSL,
- Available standard with a +/-50 G or optionally a +/-100 G accelerometer,
- 13+ minutes of nonvolatile, multi-flight recording memory,
- Configurable units: feet or meters
- Data download and configuration via G-Wiz USB module,
- Java-based download and configuration software, FlightView, runs under Windows® 2000/XP, MAC OS/X®, Linux, and Solaris®.
