TOLEDO, Ohio USA — Art Upton of BoosterVision has announced immediate availability of a license-free hi-gain video telemetry system called the Mini GearCam Radome Combo.  The small, light-weight system is powered by a 9-volt battery.

The system consists of a 2.4Ghz wireless camera with a built-in microphone and a 12db hi-gain radome antenna. 

Range is from 1000 feet on the ground through 2000 feet at a 45 degree angle in airplanes to 4000 feet straight up for rockets and balloons. 

The beauty of the system is that it does not require an FCC license.
