Initially, vendors are to pay a $50 deposit up front for their spot at the launch site, which will be used as their first $50 of U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) fees. The usage agreement of the BLM is that all vendors must pay 3% of their gross sales to them as a usage fee.

To register as a vendor, your deposit check or money order of $50 should be made out to "ROC" and mailed to:
