The Level 1-2-3 promotion includes the H128W-M reload kit for $9.49 (50% off MSRP), the J350W-M reload kit for $26.49 (50% off MSRP) and the M1297W-P reload for $194.99 (25% off MSRP). The Level 1-2-3 promotion reload kits will be clearly marked "for certification flights only".

The promotion ends on May 30, 2007. After that date, dealers who have any remaining inventory of Level 1-2-3 reloads may continue to sell them until their stock runs out. However, depending on the success of the program, AeroTech may choose to extend the length of the offer.

I got all excited when I read this, maybe I caught my break. But then I found out its only for certain motors... blah. Not bad prices though.

Hey Lucas,
Just remember a cert flight has to be successful after that the sky (in the range of the cert level) is the limit. Keep it low and slow and simple so less can go wrong.

Fly what you want. A cert flight has to be successful but there's no waiting period between attempts. Lets say a cert attempt fails but the rocket is still flyable, stick another motor in it and do it again. If it is not flyable you're out regardless of if it's a cert flight or not. The only time limit is for L2 and that is a year after completing the test IIRC. Myself personally used the simple method for all my certs. I was working on a Sat. 1b (still not done)for L3 but threw an Iris together instead just to git-r-done.
