NARAM-49 set for Kalamazoo, Michigan this July-August |

KALAMAZOO, Michigan USA — The National Association of Rocketry Annual Meet (NARAM-49) will be held July 28 through August 3, 2007 north east of Kalamazoo, Michigan near, on the grounds of the Michigan Farmers Hall of Fame. The event will include a sport launch Saturday, July 28 and Sunday, July 29 with a 7,000 foot waiver.
The competition will run Monday thru Friday with the following events: - Research & Development (36)
- C-Scale Altitude (30)
- C-Rocket Glide Duration (22)
- A-Helicopter Duration (20)
- B-Egg Loft Altitude (19)
- A-Boost Glide Duration (18)
- E-Super-Roc Altitude (18)(A&B Division)*
- G-Super-Roc Altitude (20)(C&T Division)*
- B-Streamer Duration (9)
- Open Spot Landing (4)
* 6' x 1/4" rod (provided), 6' rails (provided)
