 ALBANY, New York USA — Fred Talasco of Excelsior Rocketry announced today the addition of ten new water-slide decal sets to their website. Excelsior offers custom water-slide decal services to allow model rocketeers to reproduce model rockets that are no longer in production. Excelsior decals are ultra thin, using vivid color, white, and even gold and silver metalics.
