ImagePHOENIX, Arizona USA — Steven Kosmerchock of XAVIEN announced today the release of their new "X-FiST" five stage timer. This device is an advanced staging and deployment timer utilizing high current FET technology that Kosmerchock designed using feedback from his users. This same device was used by AHPRA in their LDRS rocket last year.

The "X-FiST" is a G-switch/pull-pin activated 5-stage pyro/event controller. The unit can be used for air-starting of motors, stage separation, booster separation, parachute deployment and event staging. The "X-FiST" was designed for ease of use and high current capability with advanced staging rockets in mind.

According to Kosmerchock, "I used much of the feedback I received from many people to incorporate into this design. I have spent much of the last year or so to debug this design as well as verify performance."

XAVIEN is currently extending a special offer to interested parties to be able to purchase the "X-FiST" timer for a special reduced price, with free shipping via USPS Priority Mail, to get the word out about the new device and to get needed product feedback.

"The list price is currently $85.00," Kosmerchock said, "but I am offering the first few production units at $70.00 to get word on the street and verbal feedback. Depending on how fast they sale, delivery will be 7 to 10 business days (in case they sale out)." For those interested in taking a closer look, the users manual is available as an Adobe PDF for viewing.
