The Red Lightning Pro38's are characterized by a very bright red flame. The burn times are in between those of the Classic™ and Smoky Sam™ motors for maximum enjoyment of the motor burn. All motors feature CTI's adjustable delays and easy ignition system using an e-match and booster pellet. As with all Pro38® motors prep and clean-up times are minimal.
This is the fifth propellant available for our popular Pro38 line: Classic, Smoky Sam, Vmax™ and White Thunder™ reloads were already certified and all remain available. Red Lightning reloads for other CTI hardware sizes will be released shortly. Website: http://www.pro38.com/ Pro38® is a registered trademark and Red Lightning™, Classic™, Smoky Sam™, Vmax™ and White Thunder™ are trademarks of Cesaroni Technology Incorporated in Canada. |

When AT announced they were making "AMW Compatible" reloads, the largely pro AMW crowd went nuts and made all kinds of claims and accusations about trying to monopolize the market, ignoring that CTI made and certed AT compatible reloads first.
When "Gorilla Motor Works" hit the scene, the AMW fan-boys again went nuts,
because of the word "Gorilla" was in the name.
When Loki certed a sparky, and AT made a green, more complaints and pot shots were taken.
But CTI models the name of their red propellant after Aerotech's "White Lightning" and you hear crickets.
Honestly, I could care less. It was just something I happened to notice is all.
Let's see the images. Prove me wrong.
No matter what, it is GREAT to see such variety and product quality and convenience and availability for such a small and dimming market!

P.S. ALL Tripoli members KNOW that the first and best sparky is Firestarter since LDRS-1990.

Jerry, while I really liked the FireStarters (still have a few), to me, the best "sparky" motor was the Silver Streak.

FWIW, Vulcan sold Smokey Sam motors for years.

Even I admit, that is hard to argue with.

FireStarters were cool, but I never bought any. I flew a lot of SilverStreaks because there was a nearby dealer (Mike Platt). I think the last one I flew was the H330SS at NARAM 37 in Geneseo. I heard a lot of "what the hell was that!" on the range.
