Alternates are Josh Chatterton, Ryan Spangler, and Matt Spangler. Judge Elizabeth Burton, a retired teacher with a specialty in Science, said all the 4-H members did a wonderful job this year. She gave them lots of constructive comments as she evaluated their projects. Every project exhibited was of high quality, and therefore received a Blue rating. Hours of work are required to adequately prepare these 4-H projects for show. 4-H is the youth education program of the University of Illinois Extension.
