Milestone reached just 19 days after release Rogers Aeroscience is pleased to announce that the wide distribution of the RASAero aerodynamic analysis and flight simulation free software throughout the model rocket, high power rocket, Tripoli Research, and the alt.space/New Space communities continues with the 1000th download of the RASAero software. The 1000th download of the RASAero software occurred today (September 30), just 19 days after the release of the software.
Rogers Aeroscience would like to thank the RASAero users for this tremendous response. We've received a lot of very positive feedback from users on the software, and we always appreciate receiving user input and comments. Many users have positively commented on the accuracy of the RASAero altitude predictions when compared to flight data for many of their rockets. We're always looking for flight data to compare our altitude predictions against to help further improve the accuracy of our flight simulations. The flight data and rocket information can be sent to the e-mail address below. Additional information on the RASAero software can be found on the RASAero web site at www.rasaero.com. The RASAero authors, Charles E. (Chuck) Rogers and David (Coop) Cooper can be contacted at

Re: Article: 1000th download of the Rogers Aeroscience RASAero
Directly soliciting feedback of actual performances and results from alternate measurement systems, such as optical, barometric, accelerometer, GPS, or radar, WITH initial mass recorded, is a huge advance in verifying the accuracy and usefulness of pre-flight analysis modeling software.
