The LDRS 28 Planning Committee has negotiated with the FAA for altitude windows to 23,000 feet. The standing waiver for the event is 15,000 feet and now windows to 23,000 feet are available.

LDRS 28 will be held July 2-6, 2009 in Potter, New York. With 16,000+ acres for launch and recovery, a location in the heart of the picturesque Finger Lakes region of western New York and a standing waiver of 15,000' AGL (windows to 23,000'), Torry Farms of Potter, New York is arguably one of the great high power rocketry launch sites on the east coast.
