WORLD WIDE WEB — On Sunday, March 15th, 2009 at 7:43PM EDT, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) will launch the NASA STS-119 Space Shuttle mission. Join Rocketry Planet for a live webcast of this launch and chat with your friends as we watch the shuttle blast into space. Webcast/Launch Schedule: 03:00PM EDT: Launch coverage begins at KSC In support of the launch, Rocketry Planet has made arrangements to broadcast the launch live in a sponsored NASA-TV webcast in Rocketry Planet's chat rooms. Since the STS-119 launch coverage begins at 3:00PM EDT, but the launch doesn't actually take place until 7:43PM EDT, the webcast's chat session will officially begin at 7:00PM EDT. The webcast video/audio feed will be available from 3:00PM EDT, so members are free to join in at any time they wish. The webcast is only available to registered users, but registration is easy and free. You must be logged in prior to entering the webcast and you must enter the special NASA STS-119 Live Webcast link to view the webcast.
