ImageWORLD WIDE WEB — Paul Holmes of Tripoli Motor Testing has announced the results of the March TMT test session held at the Austin Area Rocket Group in Austin, Texas.

The motors were provided for testing by the following manufacturers, listed alphabetically: CTI/AMW Pro-X, Gorilla Rocket Motors and Loki Research, consisting of new propellants, new hardware and lots of sparky motors.

Cesaroni Technology Incorporated, in continuing to flesh out their new propellant families within the AMW/Pro-X line, submitted a number of sparky motors for testing, including a new Pro38-6GXL, an extra-long six grain variant of the popular Pro38 line.  The sole non-sparking submission tested for CTI/AMW Pro-X was a red load for the AMW 54-2550 case.

More CTI motors are in the queue, scheduled to be tested at the end of April.

Gorilla Motors' Jim Harris released a set of Bates grain white motors for his 54 MM cases, to join the original Moonbuners in that propellant type/size, with the 1050, 1400 and 1750 lengths certified.

Great news!- The only problem is that Paul Holmes hasn't updated the Tripoli website with new certifications for over two years. The Tripoli Motor website shows the last update was February of 2006. When I email him for a reason why, I received no response. Maybe a posting here will start a discussion as to why Tripoli members haven't had an updated motor listing going on two years now.

Hmmm, the combined TRA/NAR certified motor list on the TRA website is current as of 2/16/09. Try that instead of the "What's New" link.

Looks like one motor from Loki got left out by accident.

The M1200SF-PS motor is certified as follows:

Thanks for the hard work Paul.
