Excellent timing in releasing this catalog on 5/15 when the BATFE appeal deadline is 5/16.

Hi Dave:
In responce to your letter on rocketry planet. It is may 6th. So we have ten more day's to go. I don't know if at this point. What they would try to appeal on this. But they are sneaky B..rds And to just walk away from this is unlikely. But maybe we will get a break from them! It would be nice if we did not have to deal with those leup licenses and paper work every three years. But we still need leup for certain igniters. For any motors above 38mm we need to get our own igniters.or make your own? You can get first fire igniters. But I like Biguns from the wildman to ignite my motors. I am getting a catalog in two weeks. I think it will be nice to have all the motor thrust charts on the new mojave engines like the L and well many of them. So just keep your fingers crossed for ten day's I think they the atfe Have to say something either way. By the 16 they have to say how they are going to deal with the current situation or what they plan on appealing. They won't just say nothing and let motors sell on the 16th! So keep your eye's open on rocketry planet every morning! As they will be saying something. Weather it will be an apeal or them just saying what they are going to do for now. So I'll be hopeing for the best avaleable outcome also. Mike.
