PHOENIX, Arizona USA — Quest company President Bill Stine announced on June 21 his plans to leave the company effective July 2, 1999.

Stine founded Quest Aerospace Education, Inc. in 1990 and has acted as its president since that time.

Toy Biz, a division of Marvel Enterprises, Inc., acquired Quest Aerospace in 1997. "I feel very confident that Toy Biz has an excellent staff in place to continue pushing the envelope with exciting new model rocket products," Stine said. Dane Boles will continue as Executive Vice President

Stine is leaving to pursue the creation of The Model Rocket Museum. He will continue as a consultant to Toy Biz on Quest advanced R&D and legal/regulatory issues.
