BAD ROTHENFELDE, Germany EUR — Holger Trusch, owner of Rocket Onlineshop of Germany, is pleased to announce the immediate availability of a new model rocket launch pad constructed of laser-cut 6mm birch plywood.

"It's perfect for rocket sizes like Dynastar and Rocketarium," Trusch said in his announcement this past weekend.

All parts are laser cut from 6mm birch plywood and assembled using Inox V2A stainless steel hardware and launch deflector plate. The 1-meter long 3mm launch rod comes in two pieces for easy storage, and can be replaced with 5mm or 6mm carbon fiber launch rods if desired.

Measuring 80 centimeters (31.5 inches) in diameter at the base, the pad is easily staked to the ground if needed through access holes pre-drilled in the pad's circular feet at the bottom of each of the three legs, and can handle rockets weighing up to 750 grams (1.65 pounds), as indicated in the assembly instructions.

"The pad is ready to fly," said Trusch. "It takes about 5 minutes to [assemble] it."

The pad is priced for Europeans at 55,00€, which includes 19% VAT plus shipping. Interested parties in the United States can expect to pay 46,22€ without tax while shipping would cost another 35,00€.
