LAS VEGAS, Nevada USA — AeroTech Consumer Aerospace, the industry leader in high-performance sport rocketry, and its parent company Industrial Solid Propulsion (ISP), Inc. are pleased to announce their acquisition by newly-formed RocketAdventure LLC last week.
RocketAdventure is an investment partnership formed by Ken Biba, Michael Reiner and John Coker. A trained physicist, computer entrepreneur, and businessman, Ken is an experienced user of AeroTech products in his own projects. Dr. Mike Reiner is the founder of Dr. Rocket Inc. and the Dr. Rocket brand of the Reloadable Rocket Motor. He has been a long time flyer and advocate of high power rocketry and reloadable motor technology. John Coker is a software engineer in Silicon Valley and an avid hobby rocketeer. Gary Rosenfield, founder of AeroTech and co-founder of ISP, will remain as a co-owner and C.E.O. of both corporations. The acquisition relieves significant debt and other liabilities and will allow AeroTech and ISP to move forward with a more aggressive marketing and product expansion strategy. AeroTech and ISP customers will continue to receive the consistent level of quality and service which they have come to expect..
AeroTech Consumer Aerospace is a manufacturer of single-use and reloadable solid and hybrid propellant rocket motors, rocket kits, parts and ground support equipment for the consumer, educational and motion picture special effects markets. ISP manufactures rocket motors and propellants for commercial, industrial and military markets.
