WICHITA, Kansas USA — On December 9, 1999. the K.L.O.U.D.Busters Inc., Tripoli Kansas, sent a contribution to the Tripoli Legal Fund in the amount of $500.00. The contribution was to be somewhat of a challenge to other clubs to step up the contributor's plate and join in.

Enclosed please find a contribution to the Tripoli Legal Fund from K.L.O.U.D.Busters, Inc., Tripoli Kansas. We feel that the efforts undertaken by Tripoli, in conjunction with the National Association of Rocketry, are absolutely essential to the future of High Power Rocketry and wish to contribute to this effort.

We also feel that all prefectures will benefit from regulatory relief, and as such have requested that Rocketry Online announce our donation and challenge all other prefectures to match it.
