VAN ORIN, Illinois USA — Wildman Hobbies is pleased to announce the release of the new line of Performance Rocketry filament-wound fiberglass nose cones. The nosecones are wound of G12 fiberglass filament on a cone-shaped mandrel, and then the end is cut off to accept a machined graphite or aluminum tip. "These are the toughest nose cones I have ever seen," said Wildman Hobbies' Tim Lehr. "No more broken or out of round nose cones." Wildman Hobbies now has the 38mm nose cone line, the 54mm nose cone line with aluminum tips, and the 98mm nose cone line with aluminum tips in stock ready to ship out. All of the Wildman line of high power rocket kits from this point on will have these nose cones included as they become available. Website: http://www.wildmanrocketry.com/ |

I have one of the 4" nose cones they are really nice. Not to show my age but the new cones are as good or better than the old Dynacom nose cones.

Tim, it is coming along. Are you going to link the Rocksim files to the kits?
Also, I like the new nosecones. Might have to get one of these days.
