SAN DIEGO, California USA — Mike Jerauld, a member of D.A.R.T. (Diego Area RockeTeers) announced at the NARAM 42 Manufacturer's Forum on Tuesday August 1st, his garage-based business, Blast From The Past Rocketry.

Mike has created "bags o' parts" for two long out of production Centuri models, the KA-4 "MACH-10" and the KC-6 "NASA Space Shuttle" These kits are packaged for use with plan sets downloaded from Jim Zalewski's Rocket Plan Site at:
http://www.dars.org/jimz/rp00.htm
He also has developed a 135% upscale of the MACH-10 called the MACH-10D for 24mm engines.

Attendees of NARAM may remember Mike as the "Cineroc Guy" who built an Estes Omega from scratch and sent it up with the Cineroc on Wednesday from Vern Estes' launch area, with Vern on the launch button and Mike on the camera switch.

The film from that flight has been sent to Yale Film & Video of N. Hollywood for processing and conversion to VHS. It is expected to be returned by the end of this week and will be susequently converted to computer-based video for submission to the NARAM 2000 website. Further distribution will be considered as time permits. (Sorry guys, Vern gets the first VHS copy! MJ)

The BlastFromThePastRocketry.com domain name has been secured and the site is currently under construction.

Interested rocketeers should contact Mike at this address:
