TOUCHET, Washington USA — BSD High Power Rocketry is pleased to announce the introduction of our first two-stage kit, the Intrepid©. 85" long, 4" diameter, the Intrepid is perfect for todays electronics and is capable of two stage flight, from a 38mm to a 29mm. Custom motor tube sizes are available by special order.

Truly a "modular" rocket, the BSD Intrepid is built in 17" sections, that may be interchanged to create several different vehicles. You can fly it as a single-stage, 29mm rocket - or you can add the 38mm booster and fly it single-stage.

Of course, with a little extra effort and some electronics, you can fly it in it's two-stage configuration - complete with drogue-to-main recovery! Fully photo-illustrated instructions make it easy.

As with all BSD kits, the Intrepid includes an extensive computer-cut vinyl decal package that allows the modeler to finish their rocket to look just like the prototype. Kit also includes BSD's 4" airframe tubing, laser-cut centering rings and bulkhead plates, plastic nose cone, CP, CG, and vent decals, high-quality hardware, cut and match-sanded 3/16" birch ply fins, and BSD's new motor retention system.

Since the possibilities for recovery are so varied, and the Intrepid is intended for experienced modelers, you are required to provide your own parachutes. Retail price for the Intrepid is $159.99, with a sale price of $129.99 for pre-orders. Kits are expected to start shipping October 1, 2000, and you may pre-order your Intrepid now at http://www.bsdrocketry.com
