WASHINGTON, District of Columbia USA — The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) has announced the latest release of the Federal Explosives Law and Regulations, 2000 edition.
Federal Explosives Law and Regulations, 2000 edition (ATF P 5400.7 (09/00) known as the "Orange Book," is now online at:

The purpose of this publication is to serve as a guide to Federal explosives laws, regulations, and related information. Several changes have been made to explosives laws and regulations since the last publication.
Current holders of federal explosives permits will receive print versions at their address of record. |
