Only FSI E5-0,4,6 motors manufactured prior to February, 1987 will be decertified as of July 1, 1994.

This is a correction to NAR S&T Motor Decertification List of 1-Dec-93 which previously indicated all FSI motors manufactured prior to this date were to be decertified.  This was wrong; only E5 motors named named above are to be decertified.
