WORLD WIDE WEB — In August 2000, a new rocket company started out in Europe, based in the Netherlands. Frank De Brouwer, an enthusiast rocket flyer and prefect of Tripoli the Netherlands, founded Rebel Rocketry. The major purpose of Rebel is to import USA MPR/HPR products for MPR/HPR flyers in Europe, besides these activities, Rebel will also market some own HPR products for the European and US market.

Rebel is a dealer for the European market of the major US HPR vendors, Rebel stocks products of PML, Countdown Hobbies, Aero Pack International, Giant Leap Rocketry, BlackSky, Dr. Rocket, RocketMan and is in the process of becoming a dealer of Aerotech and Rocket Vision.

Rebel exists of an online web-store only, but will be visiting launches in Europe.

Rebel is also a dealer of the AED products from the Netherlands, the RDAS (Rocket Data Acquisition System) with all its extensions such as an igniter board, 2-axis accelerometer and temperature expansion board and the new GPS board.

Rebel is developing some nice HPR kits and products; they will become available in 2001.

Rebel can ship the US products through the whole of Europe and the AED and Rebel products all over the world.

New products planned for 2001:
Pirate: a 4” / 52.7” long Level 1 29 mm motor HPR kit.
Buccaneer: a 4” / 72.5” long Level 2 38 mm motor HPR kit.
Mach Arrow: a 1.6” / 56.7” Level 2 38 mm motor minimum diameter extreme altitude HPR kit.
Ignis Volans Epsilon: a 4” / 90.6” long Level 2 54 mm motor experimental HPR kit.
Rebel motor mount: a KISS motor mount.
Basics of HPR: The first book about HPR, together with Nadine Kinney who takes care of the photography.
