WORLD WIDE WEB — AeroRocket together with Apogee Components has produced a QuickTime movie of the new AeroRocket subsonic wind tunnel. This is a FREE preview of an instructional video that will be a joint project between Apogee Components and AeroRocket.

This video briefly describes each major component of the wind tunnel and is available for download or direct viewing at http://www.aerorocket.com/. The AeroRocket Wind Tunnel video is approximately 1.6MB in length, is about 2 minutes long and requires QuickTime from Apple Computer. This movie works on PC and Mac computers.

In another joint project with Apogee Components, AeroRocket is using its subsonic wind tunnel to perform aerodynamic testing of unusual rocket designs. Ring tail and tube fin rockets are being tested in the wind tunnel to determine drag as a function of angle of attack and center of pressure of these unusual shapes.
