GORMLEY, Ontario CAN — Cesaroni Technology Incorporated is pleased to announce that the California State Fire Marshal has approved and registered Pro38® high power rocket motors.
Registration number HPR-1123 was issued on January 23, 2001, and the CSFM Seal of Registration will now appear on all Pro38 rocket motor products as required by the California Code of Regulations Title 19.
Please note the following excerpt from the approval letter: “...although devices may be classified and registered, no person shall import/export into or from California or sell high power rockets or motors unless they possess a valid import/export and wholesale license issued by the State Fire Marshal.”
This important milestone marks the last of the major regulatory hurdles to be cleared for sale and use of the product line within the United States.
