GORMLEY Ontario CAN — The motor testing branch of the Tripoli Rocketry Association has recently completed testing of several new HyperTEK® Hybrid High Power Rocket Motor Systems.

Tests included the new and improved 75 mm Earthquake L-class motors and the all new 98 mm Armageddon M-class motors. Also included in the tests were the tried and true 54 mm J-class motors. New for 2001 flying season will be the HyEFX™ special effects fuel grains giving sport rocketeers what they’ve been asking for; more smoke, flame and visual effects.

Cesaroni Technology Incorporated, makers of Pro38® high power reloadable rocket motor systems was recently granted a license by Spacetek, a division of Environmental Aeroscience Corporation to manufacture and distribute the HyperTEK line of hybrid rocket motor systems. “We’ve had great feedback from our beta testers,” said Anthony Cesaroni, President of Cesaroni Technology Incorporated, “Everyone just loves the new HyEFX grains!”

Once certified, HyperTEK Hybrid High Power Rocket Motor Systems will give high power rocketeers unparalleled access to a line of high impulse, low cost, easy to use rocket motors without the need for Low Explosive User Permits (LEUP). With an MSRP of $ 450.00 US for a complete system including two reloads, the HyperTEK 98 mm M will significantly reduce the cost of a Level III certification attempt. Other major product improvements include the addition of industry standard oxidizer tanks in 54 mm, 75 mm and 98 mm sizes making integration of the motor systems into standard motor mounts easier than ever.
