ARVADA, Colorado USA -- Missile Works Corporation "pushes the envelope" again, announcing the release of the new "Doc von Karbon" 3x3 Carbon/Kevlar composite fin can.

Recently previewed at LDRS 20, the DVK 3x3 fin can is compatible with all standard 3" body tube systems. The totally non-metallic unit is engineered to slide over standard 3" coupler tube, providing a fast, easy, and strong composite fin structure design for your airframe.

It's constructed using state-of-the-art high-tech composite materials and layering techniques for a truly unique, unrivaled aero-structure product. The initial product release will be available in 3 colors, Aztec Yellow (natural Kevlar), Inferno Red (Red Dyed Kevlar), and Patriot Blue (Blue Dyed Kevlar). The Kevlar fiber alternates with the natural black Carbon fiber for a unique color weave pattern.

There's also a special "insulated" version available that slides directly onto 75mm motor hardware for extreme rocket designs. This configuration was recently flown on a 2500ns, 35G, mach 1.5 flight to over 14,000' AGL.

Check out all the data on this flight and the specifics of the "Doc von Karbon" 3x3 fin can on their newly updated web site at http://www.missileworks.com/dvk.htm.
