Public Missiles Limited will pay a bounty of one $200.00 PML Gift Certificate to the person or persons who find new high power rocketry launch sites between August 1 and December 1, 2001. To be eligible for the one-time gift certificate per new launch site: 

1. Must be a legal launch with FAA or government authority having jurisdiction to grant altitude waivers.
2. Must have completed two launches with a minimum of forty HPR flyers in attendance per launch.
3. Offer is open to all NAR and Tripoli members worldwide.
