This rocket has been extensively tested and flown, and is simply the most awesome 54mm. rocket on the market, able to accept any 54mm motor with ease.

The Shock Value has a 69.5" Overall length, 54mm. I.D. Filament wound Carbon/Epoxy airframe using a toughened resin system for extreme heat resistance, with Filament wound Carbon/Epoxy coupler units.

The Shock Value is available in Dual Deployment form ONLY, suitable for any capable altimeter or timer package, and has All Carbon Fiber Pre-cut fins (3), All passivated Stainless Steel U-bolt recovery system hardware with pre-drilled carbon fiber bulkheads, Rocketman R24D drogue chute and R3C main chute, Pratt Hobbies Tubular Kevlar 1/8" recovery cord (16') and nomex Heat Shields (2), exclusive Shadow Composites hollow cast high impact strength Conical nosecone, SHOCK VALUE Decal, Complete- and clear instructions, RockSim 5.0 file of the Shock Value -included- on PC diskette, exclusive Shadow Composites High Temperature Epoxy kits with Kevlar Pulp, and Blacksky rail guides

The Shock Value was designed around long burn motors such as the Aerotech K250 and J125, and simulates to over 24,000' on the K250. All flight testing thus far has indicated that this number is conservative.....
