In an email earlier today Mark Clark stated, “BALLS is officially off for this year. The FAA has stated no waivers are being issued at this time.” The Balls rocket launch is the official national experimental launch sponsored by Tripoli Rocketry Association and is typically held near Gerlach, Nevada at the Black Rock Desert dry lake bed.
